Shipping Information

This way, all of our cladding comes to your home/commercial premises safely and without the delays or complications. You get to meet our staff who will ensure your order is delivered in the correct place and answer any of your questions regarding the product.

On the occasion that your postcode falls under an area we cannot cover, our cladding we be sent via Evri, Pallex or Parcelforce with tracking provided to you once your order is ready to despatch.

Sample Shipping: Our samples come in protective shipping bags and are sent via Royal Mail or Evri dependent on the postcode location. Tracking numbers will be provided and emailed to the customer once they are ready to send. Please allow 2-4 days to receive samples in the post. We aim to despatch all samples within 48 hours to allow for you to see and feel the product as soon as possible giving you’re the option to make a quick decision on whether our cladding is right for you!
