These boards are not sanded
All our reclaimed wood is responsibly sourced, treated to give a rustic effect, some nails may remain but are ground away to reduce risk of injury. Some small holes may be visible, Knots and signs of warping may be present but this does not effect installation and the planks are still fit for purpose.
Each unit consists of a selection of boards with various lengths, widths and thicknesses to give that rustic reclaimed wall of choice.
Species of wood is various, predominantly pine, white wood and spruce.
Suitable for internal or external use!! These boards have various finish options so please ensure you pick the right finish for where you are installing it!
We check each board by hand and each member of our hard working family team will ensure that all boards that are packaged are fit for purpose!
All of our timber is stored indoors meaning your timber will always be dry and ready for installation.
For all construction projects we would recommend ordering 10% extra to allow for your cuts and wastage so please add this onto your order!

Our best recommended method of installation would be to baton out your walls at 400mm centres, you would then need to fix the cladding to the batons with a 2nd fix nail gun!

Timber Cladding & Bespoke Furniture: 90% of timber cladding is delivered in house by Funky Timber … (because who can you trust better than yourself!) This way, all of our cladding comes to your home/commercial premises safely and without the delays or complications. You get to meet our staff who will ensure your order is delivered in the correct place and answer any of your questions regarding the product.
On the occasion that your postcode falls under an area we cannot cover, our cladding we be sent via Evri, Pallex or Parcelforce with tracking provided to you once your order is ready to despatch.
Sample Shipping: Our samples come in protective shipping bags and are sent via Royal Mail or Evri dependent on the postcode location. Tracking numbers will be provided and emailed to the customer once they are ready to send. Please allow 2-4 days to receive samples in the post. We aim to despatch all samples within 48 hours to allow for you to see and feel the product as soon as possible giving you’re the option to make a quick decision on whether our cladding is right for you!
All timber cladding is prepared by hand to make every single order bespoke and unique. With this in mind, we highly recommend ordering our samples if you are keen to see the look and feel of our products before placing your main order to prevent any problems along the way.
If you choose not to order samples before making your main purchase, Funky Timber cannot provide refunds for timber cladding if you decide you no longer want the item/ you don’t like the look and feel of the item or if it wasn’t as you expected.
This does not affect your rights for a refund if a product is damaged in transit or incorrect.
